Domestic shipping
Orders will be shipped within 10 to 15 business days (2 to 3 weeks) by Japan Post (Yu-Pack).
Packages will have individual tracking numbers.
Delivery typically takes 3 to 4 weeks.
International shipping
Orders will be shipped within 10 to 15 business days (2 to 3 weeks) by Japan Post (Yu-Pack).
Orders will be shipped within 10 to 15 business days (2 to 3 weeks) by EMS (express shipping) or DHL（Express Worldwide).

Delivery typically takes 4 to 6 weeks.
※Shipping methods for international orders will be determined based on our production schedule. Please note that you are not able to specify a delivery company.
* Please note that we are closed for public holidays such as New Year's holidays, Golden Week (last week of April to early May) and Obon holidays (mid- August). Therefore, we may not be able to respond to your request at these times. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Import duties and VAT; taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Your order may be subject to VAT, import and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We ship your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
Returns and cancellations
Due to the nature of our custom-made products, we usually do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds after orders are placed.
However, should there be any damage in the product when you receive it, please contact us and we will respond as soon as possible.
Notes
The colors and textures of the products
Please note the following
- Heart Knife products are all hand-crafted using natural materials (lumber and water buffalo horn), so there may be slight discrepancies in the color and texture.
- The texture and colors of the actual product and sound waves may be different from the product images on the website.
